Snack time and
brown nearly black bananas…two things you will find at my house most days of the week. I’m a not-quite-yellow-must-have-a-little-bit-of-green banana eater, so when they are past that, they are usually waiting around to be used up another way.
Last week I decided to combine snack time and ripe bananas and made this easy, totally snack-worthy cake, the peanut butter layer was in the original recipe…adding chopped Reese’s? Something I decided on my own and it was the best idea ever. My kids gobbled this up and I can see myself making this over and over again.
But I would love a few other suggestions for using up those bananas that keep staring me in the face, what’s your favorite thing to make with those ripe bananas?
