Easy Cheesecake Chocolate Parfaits
 
 
Ingredients
  • 4 oz. CREAM CHEESE
  • ¼ cup SUGAR
  • 1 teaspoon VANILLA EXTRACT
  • GREEK GOD'S CHOCOLATE YOGURT, any flavor
  • MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS*
Instructions
  1. Beat cream cheese until very smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract. Beat again until well combined.
  2. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cheesecake mixture.
  3. In 8 oz. jars or dishes, layer yogurt, mini chocolate chips and cheesecake mixture. Repeat layers. Garnish as desired.
  4. Refrigerate until serving.
Notes
*You could use almost anything you like in this one - fresh berries or your favorite candy or cookies.
