Restaurant Style Salsa
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 can FIRE ROASTED TOMATOES
  • 1 can ROTEL TOMATOES
  • 3 cloves GARLIC, peeled
  • 1 cup FRESH CILANTRO (about ½ a bunch)
  • 2 Tablespoons JARRED JALAPENOS, chopped
  • 1 cup DICED ONION, white or sweet
  • 1 teaspoon CUMIN
  • 1 teaspoon SALT
  • 1 teaspoon SUGAR
  • ¼ teaspoon PEPPER
  • 1 Tablespoon FRESH LIME JUICE
Instructions
  1. Add everything to a food processor or blend. Pulse until you've reached your desired consistency.
  2. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Store in the fridge in a covered container.
