Slow Cooker Chicken Broth
 
 
Ingredients
  • BONES FROM ALL PURPOSE SHREDDED CHICKEN
  • LARGE ONION, quartered
  • 6 cloves of GARLIC, smashed
  • 2 CARROTS, cut into 4 inch pieces
  • 2 stalks of CELERY, cut into 4 inch pieces
  • KOSHER SALT
  • PEPPER
Instructions
  1. Return bones to the cooking liquid still in the crock pot.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Season liberally with salt and pepper.
  3. Fill with water to about 3 inches from the top of the crock pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  5. Strain solids out and measure into freezer bags, I usually do mine in quart size.
  6. Use as needed.
