Pumpkin Cookie Dough Dip
 
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup BUTTER, room temperature
  • ¾ cup BROWN SUGAR, packed
  • 1 teaspoon CINNAMON
  • ½ teaspoon NUTMEG
  • ⅛ teaspoon CLOVES
  • 2 teaspoons VANILLA
  • 1 cup PUMPKIN PUREE
  • 2 cups FLOUR
  • ¾ cup MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Instructions
  1. Cream together the butter and the brown sugar until light and fluffy, about two minutes. Then add in the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla one at a time, and continue mixing until combined. Add in the pumpkin until fully combined. Slowly add in the flour a little by little with the mixer going. Stir in the chocolate chips. ENJOY!
