Peach Syrup
  • 1 cup WATER
  • 1 cup SUGAR
  • 3 fresh PEACHES, peeled and sliced
  1. Bring water, sugar, and peaches to a boil. Then reduce heat to medium. Stir to dissolve sugar. Turn off heat cover and let sit for 30 minutes. Strain syrup through a fine strainer to remove fruit pieces (save peaches for eating or garnishing drink, if desired). Serve over ice with tea or lemonade.
