Guacamole Topped Hot Dogs

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. BALL PARK PARK'S FINEST JALAPENO CHEDDAR HOT DOGS
  • 2 AVOCADOS
  • 1 Tablespoon CHOPPED CILANTRO
  • JUICE of ½ LIME
  • PICKLED RED ONIONS
  • QUESO FRESCO CHEESE, crumbled
  • 1 pkg. PREMIUM BUNS
Instructions
  1. Grill hot dogs until heated through.
  2. Mash avocado. Stir together with cilantro and lime juice.
  3. Place hot dog in bun, top with avocado mixture, pickled onions and crumbled queso fresco.
  4. Serve immediately.
