Caramel Toffee Grape Bites
  • 1 cup CARAMEL BITS (or unwrapped caramels)
  • 1 Tablespoon WATER
  • RED or GREEN SEEDLESS GRAPES, washed and dried
  • ½ cup TOFFEE BITS
  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine caramel bits and water. Heat until smooth, stirring frequently.
  2. Place toffee bits in a small bowl and line a small baking sheet or plate with waxed paper.
  3. Use a toothpick to poke grapes and dip them into warm caramel and then into the toffee bits. Place on waxed paper. Repeat with remaining grapes.
  4. If the caramel starts to get to firm, return to the stove to heat again and then finish dipping the grapes.
  5. These can be made a few hours ahead and left at room temperature until serving.
