Mexican Artichoke Dip
 
 
Grab the chips - you'll need them for this hot cheesy Mexican Artichoke Dip!
Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz. can ARTICHOKE HEARTS, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 7 oz. can CHOPPED GREEN CHILES
  • ¾ cup MAYO
  • 8 oz. MONTERREY JACK CHEESE*, shredded
  • 2 cloves FRESH GARLIC, minced or grated
  • 1 teaspoon GROUND CUMIN
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients. Spread into a baking dish or pie plate.
  3. Cover with foil and bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
*You could also use Pepper Jack Cheese to add another level of heat.
