Caramel Blossoms
 
 
This recipe for Caramel Blossoms starts with a cake mix and is super simple to make!
Serves: approx. 2½ dozen cookies
Ingredients
  • 1 box DUNCAN HINES CARAMEL CAKE MIX
  • ½ cup BUTTER, room temperature
  • 1 EGG
  • HERSHEY'S KISSES, unwrapped (approx. 30)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Using a mixer, combine cake mix, butter and egg.
  3. Scoop dough into 1 Tablespoon sized balls and place on baking sheet. Press down slightly with your hand.
  4. Bake for 8-9 minutes until slightly puffed and the edges start to crack.
  5. Press a Hershey's Kiss into the middle of each cookie immediately after removing from the oven.
  6. Let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
