You only need 5 ingredients to make up these Easy M&M Snack Bites and they’re great to have on hand for snacking any time of day!
If you happen to have a house full of always hungry children, this post is for you.
If your husband needs a hangry prevention snack every now and then, this post is for you.
If you have days where you find yourself extra snack-y, this post is for you.
At our house, snacks come in different shapes and sizes…fruit, yogurt tubes, granola bars, pretzels, the occasional P3 or PB&J. We made up a batch of these before leaving on a recent trip and they were great for grabbing out of the cooler and snacking on as we drove down the interstate.
Here’s what I love about them – they’re made from 5 simple ingredients, they’re easy to mix up and just 2 of them are enough to satisfy my sweet tooth, which makes them a sensible snack 😉
Easy M&M Snack Bites
2 1/2 cups ROLLED OATS
1 cup CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
1/2 cup HONEY
1 teaspoon VANILLA EXTRACT
3/4 cup MINI M&Ms
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
*You could also put them on parchment or wax paper.
*If you feel like it's hard to roll them at room temperature, chill them prior to rolling smooth.
