1 pkg. FROZEN TATOR TOTS
PULLED PORK (made in the slow cooker or store bought)
YOUR FAVORITE NACHO TOPPINGS: sour cream*, guacamole, chopped tomatoes, chopped cilantro, jalapeno slices
Bake tots according to package instructions. Meanwhile, gently warm pulled pork and shred into bite size pieces.
Season tots upon removing from the oven. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Layer on pulled pork. (You can add another layer of cheese if you'd like.) Put back in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Top with your favorite nacho toppings and serve immediately with a glass of Lipton Peach Iced Tea.
*This recipe is easily adapted to accommodate any size crowd.
* We made spicy sour cream to drizzle over the totchos. Stir together sour cream and hot sauce, add a little water to thin if needed.
