Dinner’s ready….a few minutes of prep is all you need to make this easy Slow Cooker Spicy Pork Soup.
You guys, fall is in full swing. Sweaters, boots, all things pumpkin, hot apple cider and S-O-U-P! Does anyone else get excited about having a giant bowl of hot, nourishing soup for dinner? In the fall and winter months, I make a big pot of soup at least once a week for dinner and enjoy the leftovers for lunch throughout the week too. This soup is perfect for a busy weeknight, but it would also be a delicious addition to your game day spread. We enjoyed it with cheese quesadillas…because soup’s always more fun with something to dip in it 😉
Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork is a real flavor, real fast protein option for dinner any night of the week. Available at your local Kroger store, Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork comes in a variety of flavors in Tenderloin, Loin Filets and Sirloin cuts.
