BBQ Turkey Sliders with Spicy Cranberry Spread

BBQ Turkey Sliders with Spicy Cranberry Spread from Crumbs and Chaos

Today I have an easy way to enjoy holiday leftovers using King’s Hawaiian Rolls®.  Their soft, amazing dinner rolls make an incredible BBQ Turkey Slider with Spicy Cranberry Spread.  I mentioned yesterday that I’ve got November food on the brain lately…in fact, I’m practically ready for Christmas music.  I love all of the flavors of Thanksgiving and the bonus of having more than enough to make a few other meals the weekend after Thanksgiving.  These sliders would also be fantastic for any holiday spread that includes appetizers and you could use chicken in place of the turkey as well.

One of our family’s favorite meals is BBQ anything, so making leftovers more interesting with BBQ sauce is a natural thing for me.  Taking King’s Hawaiian Dinner Rolls® and stuffing them full of BBQ Turkey, smoked gouda cheese and a good slathering of Spicy Cranberry Spread is the perfect leftover solution for your holiday turkey.  The spicy cranberry spread is just spicy enough to make it exciting, but not enough to make you reach for something to drink.  Make up a tray of these for your crowd and watch them disappear!  Check out King’s Hawaiian Holiday Roll Call for a ton of great holiday recipes!
