  10. The cranberry butter was a hit at Thanksgiving! The recipe is a keeper.

  11. Dianne Johnson says:

I ran a B & B..One of our most requested Holiday nibbles was a Cranberry biscuit with smoked turkey. Run 3/4 cup Craisins through food processor til finely minced, almost a paste, add 2 sticks unsalted butter at room temp. Orange zest is good, but since Craisins are sweetened, skip the honey. Use a 1 1/2 inch cutter for the biscuits.

  12. I used less butter, probably about 5 Tbsp and this still turned out great! It was great on the cranberry loaf I made, thanks for the recipe!
