Recipe Re-Do #2: Berry Cheesecake Parfait

June 4, 2012 By Crumbs and Chaos

Spread the love

If you have the need for a lovely summertime dessert, look no further.  We’ve got you covered.  You can make this in a trifle dish or individual servings, which are super portable (kind of like Brownies with Salted Caramel Icing and Chocolate Peanut Butter Trifles).  This is the perfect complement to sweet summer berries.

I’ve always made this with vanilla wafers, but couldn’t help but thinking to myself how interesting teddy grahams or golden graham cereal would taste.  If you’re not a fan of soggy cookies, don’t make this ahead of time.  If you don’t mind them, you can prepare this and refrigerate until serving.  This is a part of the Recipe Re-Do (hosted by Ashton over at Something Swanky), it was a fabulous recipe from when we first started blogging and that totally deserved a fresh new look.

Stop on over to check out the recipe here.
