I was also excited about finding a new Bruschetta to post this week. I love to order Bruschetta at restaurants but I also love to have it at home. I searched bruschetta online and this BLT recipe came up. I love BLT’s so I thought this would have to be a winner 🙂 And it was! This would be great to make as an appetizer, but, we liked it so much it ended up being our meal! I will definitely be making this again.
BLT Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 French bread baguette, cut into 36 slices
- 1 clove garlic, peeled, cut in half
- 3/4 cup Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 large Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (2.8 oz.) pkg Bacon Pieces (find these in the salad dressing aisle by the bacon bits) OR 8 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place bread slices on baking sheet; bake for 5-6 minutes until lightly toasted. Let cool a minute.
Rub garlic clove onto toast; top each slice with cream cheese spread.
Combine tomatoes, bacon, lettuce and dressing; spoon over toast slices.
Sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve immediately.
