Although Spring is just around the corner, I still have a few weeks to make my favorite fall and winter recipes. I love the change of seasons because it is nice to use the recipes that go with the season. This is a classic recipe and this one is so easy to make. I usually order this when I go to an Italian restaurant.
3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 jars Ragu Sauce- Garden Style
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 lb. pkg. bow tie noodles, cooked and drained
1/4 cup butter
Place chicken in 9×13 pan. Top with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Top with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and all of the mozzarella cheese. Bake 20 more minutes.
Toss cooked noodles with butter and then add remaining parmesan cheese.
Top with chicken breasts and serve with sauce.
