Recently my husband and I have grown to love sweet potatoes. Something we’ve never really tried our whole life until now. We’ve tried a few different ways of making them in the past few weeks and this was our favorite! And don’t forget…the Sweeter the Better!!!

We used two sweet potatoes, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and marshmallows.
Jeff started by slicing the sweet potatoes about a quarter of an inch thick. He buttered a baking dish, laid out the slices and spray buttered a little more. The potatoes cooked for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Then he sprinkled brown sugar and cinnamon on top and covered them with marshmallows. He cooked them for another 15 minutes. They were super sweet and delicious!
