Need breakfast to serve your overnight guests?

November 29, 2010 By Crumbs and Chaos

You can always make Cinnamon Bun French Toast (a personal favorite of mine!), Easy Caramel Rolls, Chocolate Chip Banana Bread or Mini Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins.

Or I have another option…breakfast bake!  I have made this for quite sometime now and it’s an easy and delicious way to feed a small crowd.  With just a few simple ingredients, you will be eating breakfast or brunch in no time.

Breakfast Bake

Printable Recipe Here

1 can CRESCENT ROLLS
1/2 lb. BACON, cooked and chopped OR SAUSAGE, cooked and drained OR DELI HAM, chopped
9 EGGS
3/4 cup MILK
1 teaspoon BLACK PEPPER
2 cups SHREDDED CHEESE, any kind you like

Preheat oven to 350°.

Press rolls into bottom of 9×13 pan, pressing seams together.

Sprinkle meat evenly over crust.

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and pepper until combined.  Pour over meat layer.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake about 30 minutes or until center is set.

*This can be assembled the night before, refrigerated and baked in the morning.
