Strawberry season is in full swing around here, there are so many things you can do with them. Here’s a great way to turn this beautiful, delicious berry into a main course dish.
This is an easy meal to put together, especially if you already have the chicken cooked from a previous meal. There’s no measurements here, just the list of ingredients. You can pile up as much (or as little) as you like.
Mixed Salad Greens (spinach is really great here too)
Chicken, cooked and chopped
Fresh Strawberries, halved or quartered
Feta Cheese Crumbles
Pecans or Walnuts
Layer these items on each plate and enjoy.
