Pizza Roll-Ups

June 10, 2010 By Crumbs and Chaos

Spread the love
I was looking for an easy lunch option this week and I found this. This is simple and you get the taste of pizza without all of the calories.

Here is what you need, there are no specific measurements and you can make one serving or multiple servings.

Tortilla Shell
Pizza Sauce
Toppings (I used pepperoni and spinach)
Mozzarella Cheese
Garlic Powder (Any seasonings you like)

Spread pizza sauce on tortilla shell, add toppings, cover with cheese. Microwave for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Roll-up and leave sit for a minute. This will allow the cheese to stick to the tortilla and hold it together. Lastly, slice and enjoy. You could easily make this for a lunch for work (reheat when you eat lunch, for an afternoon snack or for kids’ lunch.
