If you are looking for an amazing banana bread, you have come to the right place! This is an Olson family recipe that was given to me the other day, by my sister Emily. It was very easy to make and is SO delicious! If you have bananas that are turning brown, don’t waste them! Instead make this banana bread that is sure to impress!
CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD
1 1/3 c mashed ripe bananas
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 2/3 c Bisquick
1/2 c semi sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom of 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Stir together and pour into pan. Bake 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan and place top side up on wire rack. If you can resist the temptation, wait until completely cool to cut and eat!
