Chicken Salad

June 18, 2010 By Crumbs and Chaos

Spread the love

This is a pretty simple chicken salad recipe that my husband came up with because I don’t like a bunch of ‘extra’ stuff in my chicken salad. This is great for a sandwich or with a cracker for a snack or (like my kids would do) just eating a bowl of it!

Ingredients:
1 12.5 oz. can chicken (I use Tyson Premium White Chunk Chicken)
mayonaise
mustard
lemon juice
salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients to taste.
