3 avocados (mashed)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Mash together 3 avocados. Gently mix in remaining ingredients. Season to taste. This recipe can be adjusted to your taste if you like more or less of one ingredient, feel free to change it up. This makes a great side dish for tacos or appetizer. Serve with tortilla chips. Best if eaten the same day it is prepared. If you want to save it, place in an airtight container. It may turn slightly brown but will still taste the same.
